Lifelong Learning Program: A New Way to Engage and Grow
Active Generations is excited to partner with Augustana University to bring the Lifelong Learning Program to our members! This initiative offers enriching, TED Talk-style sessions designed to promote personal growth, brain health, and well-being.
Led by Dr. Lucas Hamilton, Assistant Professor of Psychology and Director of the Aging Studies Program at Augustana, these engaging sessions cover topics such as the power of music and strategies for maintaining cognitive health.
Sessions will be held at both Active Generations’ Main Campus (2300 W. 46th Street) and East Campus (5500 E. Active Generations Place).
