Designed specifically for women navigating their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, this event brings local experts together to help you optimize your well-being through every stage of life.

Wellness Deep-Dives provided by Avera: 

  • Bust a Move, Don’t Bust a Bone!

    Learn how to maintain strong, healthy bones and support bone vitality as you age. This session will explore practical strategies to help you stay active, reduce your risk of injury and promote lifelong bone health. Presented by Staci Wietfeld.

  • Fuel your Future: Nutrition for your Heart 
    Discover how nutrition impacts women’s health, with a focus on heart health, menopause and overall wellness. Gain valuable insights and practical tips to help support your health through every stage of life. Presented by Sarah Parr. 
  • Urogynecology and Pelvic Health 
    Learn about common pelvic health concerns affecting women and explore the role of urogynecology in maintaining health, comfort and quality of life. Presented by Dr. Matt Barker and Kate Soodsma.

     

Fitness Introductions by Active Generations: Jumpstart your movement routine with gentle, low-impact introductions to Strength Training, Pilates Reform & Refresh, Pickleball, or the Pathways program.

Puppy Yoga (Add-on Fee): Stretch, unwind, and destress alongside adoptable puppies from Almost Home Canine Rescue, sponsored by Xcel Energy.

    • Please note: Puppy Yoga is the only session that requires an additional fee. All other fitness and educational breakouts are fully included in your ticket price.
