Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing services for a care recipient is a big decision. It’s natural to have questions. We’re here to make the process easier with clear answers, compassionate guidance, and support every step of the way.

Getting Started

Getting started is simple. Contact us to schedule a tour, ask questions, or begin the enrollment process. You can also request a free consultation or trial day to see if Adult Day Services are the right fit.

No referral is required. While some families come to us through healthcare providers, you can reach out and enroll directly at any time.

About the Program

Our programs support adults who may need help staying safe, active, and engaged during the day. This includes individuals living with memory loss, chronic conditions, mobility challenges, or social isolation.

Each day includes a mix of activities designed to support physical health, mental stimulation, and social connection. Participants may enjoy exercise, music, games, conversation, and quiet time all in a structured, supportive environment.

We meet each participant where they are. Participants are always encouraged, but never forced, to join activities. Quiet spaces are available for those who prefer time to themselves.

Families often see increased connection, engagement, and joy after attending. Adult Day Services create opportunities to make meaningful connections, discover new interests, and enjoy purposeful daily experiences in a supportive environment.

Logistics and Support

While we do not provide direct transit, we can help connect families with local transportation options and services that assist with getting to and from Adult Day Services when needed.

For Caregivers

Adult Day Services provide reliable, compassionate care during the day giving caregivers time to work, run errands, or rest and recharge while knowing their care recipient is safe and supported.

You’re not alone. Many caregivers feel this way at first. But families often find that their care recipient thrives with the added social connection, structure, and support while they gain the time and balance they need to continue caring well.

We offer a no-cost Caregiver Support program that includes family care planning, support groups, education classes, and Memory Cafes.
