About the Program
Who are Adult Day Services for?
Our programs support adults who may need help staying safe, active, and engaged during the day. This includes individuals living with memory loss, chronic conditions, mobility challenges, or social isolation.
What does a typical day look like?
Each day includes a mix of activities designed to support physical health, mental stimulation, and social connection. Participants may enjoy exercise, music, games, conversation, and quiet time all in a structured, supportive environment.
What if my care recipient isn’t very social or doesn’t like group activities?
We meet each participant where they are. Participants are always encouraged, but never forced, to join activities. Quiet spaces are available for those who prefer time to themselves.
Will my loved one benefit from attending?
Families often see increased connection, engagement, and joy after attending. Adult Day Services create opportunities to make meaningful connections, discover new interests, and enjoy purposeful daily experiences in a supportive environment.
