Meals on Wheels
For many older adults, preparing meals or getting to the grocery store can become challenging. Active Generations offers home-delivered meals through Meals on Wheels to ensure that homebound adults in our community continue to receive nutritious meals and meaningful connections.
Each weekday, caring volunteers deliver prepared meals directly to participants’ homes.
What the Program Provides
Meals on Wheels helps participants maintain independence while living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Participants receive:

- Peace of mind for families and caregivers
Meals are delivered Monday through Friday between approximately 10:45 am and 12:30 pm.
Meals are prepared to meet established nutritional guidelines for older adults and are designed by a registered dietitian.
