Meals on Wheels The Meals on Wheels program consists of a hot meal, delivered to your door between 10:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To be eligible to receive meals, recipients must be 60 or older and home bound, meaning they spend most of their time at home or are unable to prepare healthy, consistent meals in their homes for medical or social reasons. Meals on Wheels is a donation based program; the minimum suggested donation is $4.25 (as of September 1, 2021) per meal. If you or someone you know would like to receive meals through the Meals on Wheels program, please call 605-333-3305 for more information. If you are under 60 and interested in receiving Meals on Wheels, please call Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) at 605-367-5444, ask for an intake specialist and check if you are eligible for the Meals on Wheels program.
