Let’s Talk About It
Life is full of hills and valleys. When we experience the loss of a loved one or any other loss (retirement, divorce, friendship, home, pet, etc.), where do we go? We might think we’re “fine”. We move through each day, but are we carrying around the burden of loss and loneliness? Here at Active Generations, we have a Grief Group that meets on Fridays @ 1pm. We are here to help; here to listen. If we are able to express our thoughts and feelings, we can become stronger, healthier individuals. Come and check us out.
Fridays, 1-2pm, Room 128
We all experience loss. Don’t try to go through it alone. A helping hand is here for you.
