Tradition Frozen Meals are nutritious frozen meals that can be taken home and warmed up in the microwave and ready to eat in minutes. Each meal meets 1/3 of the daily intake requirements. The frozen meals are a perfect solution for individuals wanting a quality, healthy ready-to-heat meal.
Tradition Meals are available for special diets as well. Offered are meals that are Gluten Free, Low Sodium, Renal Friendly, Diabetic, No Soy, No Wheat, No Milk, No Eggs.
These meals are offered for $5.00 each. They can be purchased at both Active Generations locations.
