Stretch Class

Fitness Gym: Tuesday and Thursday – 8:30 a.m

Stretch Class is a great way to start your day, by slowly easing into an exercise program. Stretching your muscles will enhance flexibility and range of motion. These exercises will also utilize techniques designed to improve posture.

Register for this class at the Active Generations’ information desk.  Prices will vary each month depending on number of classes offered.
