Starting with a warm-up, proceeding to some cardiovascular conditioning, then to floor mats where we work our legs, hips, and abs. We concentrate on toning and firming muscles with small hand weights as well as the mat and chair exercises. We end with stretching techniques for a full-hour of fitness fun.You must be able to get up and down from the floor. Medical history and physician release forms are required.
