Pre-Order Your Limited-Edition T-Shirt for Mental Health Awareness Month

As we look forward to the month of May, Active Generations is preparing to observe Mental Health Awareness Month. While we often focus on the physical benefits of our programs, like staying active in the gym or enjoying a nutritious meal, the impact on our emotional and mental well-being is just as vital.

We regularly hear from our members that this organization provides more than just a place to go; it offers a sense of belonging. In a world where isolation can become a challenge, the simple act of sharing a conversation, joining a card game, or attending a class can be a powerful remedy.

To honor this connection, we are launching our “Community Keeps Us Strong” campaign. We believe that when we show up for one another, we all become more resilient. To raise awareness, we are offering special edition T-shirts for pre-order. These shirts feature the “Community keeps us strong” message alongside the Active Generations logo, reminding everyone that no one has to walk their journey alone.

We invite you to stop by the front desk in the coming weeks to try on a sample size and place your pre-order. Whether you wear it at the gym or out in Sioux Falls, you’ll be helping us spread a message of hope and inclusion. Let’s continue to look out for one another and celebrate the bonds that make Active Generations a true home for so many.
