Thanks to your efforts, we were able to identify five key areas of improvement and have been working hard to create strategic solutions for you. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with easier, simpler, faster and in most cases, more affordable membership opportunities.

We are excited to announce that our new membership structure will officially launch on June 1st, 2025. Below, you’ll find details on the upcoming changes and how they benefit you!
As we work to tackle each of these five areas of improvement through strategic solutions, we will be communicating with you in every way possible. We understand that change often comes with challenges. Our staff has been working hard to avoid past mistakes, take proactive measures and provide you with clear communication at every step. We encourage you to take advantage of informational meetings, emails, brochures, videos and other forms of communication, and to reach out with questions at any time.

Problem #1: Confusing Membership Structure
Solution: Simplified Membership Levels
We simplified and streamlined the membership structure to make it easier for you to understand your options and benefits. In most cases, extra benefits are now available at no additional cost.
The new structure is easier to understand and allow for flat fees and simple flexibility. If you want to find out more about membership upgrades, stop by the front desk to be connected with the Member Services Administrative staff or attend one of our listening sessions.

Problem #2: Limited Access to the Social Membership
Solution: Social-Only Memberships for All
The Social membership level, which was previously not widely advertised, will now be available to everyone, ensuring all members have access to an affordable option for non-athletic activities.
Income-eligible reduced pricing is available for Social Fit and Active Fit. See the income guidelines below under Solution #3 for income guidelines and qualifications.
Problem #3: Affordability Issues

To ensure affordability for all, we are introducing income-eligible reduced pricing, allowing more members to access essential services without financial strain. Income guidelines are below:

Sliding Scale Model (Based on adjusted income – not gross income)
- Income Below $20,000: 50% Discount on Social Fit or Active Fit
- Income Between $20,001-$25,000: 30% Discount on Social Fit or Active Fit
- Income Between $25,001-$30,000: 15% Discount on Social Fit or Active Fit

Problem #4: A Lack of Clear Communication
Solution: User-Friendly Membership Portal
We developed a custom membership software portal to improve communication, giving you direct access to updates, notifications and support from our team. The new membership portal allows you to view and manage your membership details, including renewals, class registrations and billing, at your convenience, any day of the week at any time.

Problem #5: Signing Up for Activities is Inefficient
Solution: 24/7 Online Activities Registration
The custom-built membership portal will streamline administrative tasks, improve your ability to register for classes and make pickleball reservations, among many other tasks. You will benefit from reduced waiting times and improved overall efficiency.
