Day Break Adult Day Services Funding

Active Generations’ Day Break receives funding and donations from multiple sources, including:

  • Suggested donations based on level of care for those over age sixty
  • Veteran’s Administration
  • Long-term Care Insurance
  • Medicaid Waiver Program
  • Funding assistance available to qualifying individuals through the Department of Human Services, the Division of Long Term Services & Supports

 

The Sioux Empire United Way is another vital funding source for Day Break and Ceili Cottage.
