Chef Ellen has sold her company to Dialed In Nutrition, and together we’re introducing frozen meals to better serve you! Our mission is to continue providing delicious, health-conscious options, and with this new collaboration, you’ll start seeing fresh, frozen meals available.

Dialed In Nutrition is a locally, family-owned meal prep business that was founded by Sara and Shea Geelan in December 2017.

Sara and Shea started Dialed In Nutrition because they themselves were struggling to find a quick, yet healthy meal option for their family as their lives became busier with their three active children.

Dialed In Nutrition is committed to a vision and mission to provide healthy, convenient and affordable meals to people of all ages; from our Daycare to Senior Selection meal program.

Dialed In Nutrition provides a solution to the ever changing and often times confusing landscape of dietary needs. Recognizing the health benefits that comes with a well-balanced diet, each meal follows the meal plan requirements for lean proteins, carbohydrates, and vegetables all while delivering the flavors we all love.

The good news…with our meals there is no preparation required!!! Just follow the heating directions on the label and enjoy!
