What is RSVP?
Active Generations is proud to partner with AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP to connect volunteers with meaningful opportunities throughout the Sioux Empire. RSVP provides adults age 55+ the opportunity to use their skills, talents, and life experiences to make a meaningful difference while strengthening their communities.
Volunteer opportunities include:
Meals on Wheels: Deliver meals and friendly wellness check-ins to homebound older adults.
Community Engagement: Welcome members, assist with activities, and help reduce social isolation.
Caregiver Support: Provide respite and support to family caregivers.
SHIINE: Help older adults navigate Medicare and healthcare options.
Tax-Aide: Assist with free income tax preparation.
Administrative & Special Events: Support office projects, outreach, and community events.
You can volunteer weekly or just a few hours each month! Either way, you’re making a difference.
