Ride Requests

1. Access the ‘Client’ tab to search to see if the Client already has a client profile by using the 🔍 symbol at the top-right of the frame.

2. If the Client is not in the system register them by selecting the button ‘Create New Client’ and then complete the form.

3. If the Client was already in the system or was just registered access the ‘Ride Request’ tab. Use the view on the left to determine if a ride is available for the client’s desired Date/Time. If the time is available then use the Ride Request form on the right to schedule the ride.
