Aging adults and adults with disabilities can get regular care, supervision, and structured activities for part of the day in a community-based setting. Our Day Break Program provides an opportunity for participants spend the day socializing with others in a supervised small community setting.
Day Break helps caregivers so they can work or pursue other daytime activities while continuing to care for the person at home.
How Adult Day Services will support your loved one:
- Daily exercise programs for all levels of ability
- Small and large group activities
- Health and medication monitoring by a licensed nurse
- Music therapy
- Pet therapy
- Assistance with personal care
- Dietician approved meals
- Hydration breaks and afternoon snack
