Fitness Class

Fitness Gym: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:30 am

This class includes a warm-up, stretching and agility work, from positions of standing and sitting in chairs.  Free weights are also used.  A good class for those with balance problems.

Medical history and physician release forms are required. Register for this class at the Active Generations’ information desk.  Prices will vary each month depending on number of classes offered.
