The Active Generations’ line dancing classes are a fun way to exercise and stay in shape. Learn some new steps and meet some new people. Line dancing does not require a partner so come alone are bring all your friends. Lessons are only $1 per class.

Qigong and Tai Chi

Qigong is an ancient practice designed using simple, effortless, easy movements, standing or sitting, to cultivate balance, and nourish our life force and wellbeing.  Tai Chi uses mental and physical coordination to build on the effects of Qigong by using movements that link into a moving flow.  Resulting in a gentle workout and overall wellbeing.

Each month, we focus on a complete Qigong sequence and top it off with a simple Tai Chi flow.  Mostly standing with some sitting:  okay to eat lightly before class.
