Golf Club

This Group of men and women hit the area’s wonderful golf courses every Monday of the summer with a few exceptions for Holidays or some courses having a different Senior or Discount Day.  Players should be at the course 1/2 hour prior to the listed tee time.  New members and golfers are always welcome, men and women!  In case of inclement weather on a play date, please call the scheduled golf course to see if they will be open and the Club will be playing.

Woodcarving Club

The Center’s Woodcarving Club is another great opportunity to express your creative side. This group meets twice a week to carve and wood-burn. Newcomers welcomed and will be helped. No registration required. Cost: Own supplies. The club does have some equipment for newcomers to try out this hobby.

Aquatic Class in Warm Water Pool

Class held at Touchmark at All Saints 111 W 17th Street

This class targets all aspects of physical fitness through movement in water.  Class includes low impact cardiovascular conditioning, toning exercises utilizing aqua bells, noodles and other aquatic equipment.  It will be held at Touchmark at All Saints in their new warm water pool and be led by Touchmark staff.  Participants will need to provide their own transportation to the class.

Register  at the Information Window.  Payment is due by check or cash at the time of registration, NO credit cards for this class please!  Class minimum:  10 people  Class Limit:  15 people

Body Sculpting
Aug 5 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Fitness Gym: This class offers a total body workout, starting with a warm-up, proceeding to some cardiovascular conditioning, then to floor mats where we work our legs, hips, and abs. We concentrate on toning and firming muscles with small hand weights as well as the mat and chair exercises. We end with stretching techniques for a full-hour of fitness fun. You must be able to get up and down from the floor. Medical history and physician release forms are required.
