Active Generations’ Computer Technology Center

Active Generations’ Computer Technology Center provides computer-learning classes to our members. Classes in the Windows 10 operating system are currently being taught. Our classes follow the teaching philosophy of older adults teaching older adults. We boast great student/teacher ratios of 2:1.

We teach classes in Social Media programs such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.

Class Registration Policy

A minimum of four students is needed to hold classes. It is up to the discretion of each instructor whether a class will be held with fewer students. That decision will be made three to seven days prior to the start of each class.  We require either a check or cash payment at the time of registration for computer classes so registration needs to be completed in person at the information window.

The day prior to its start date, students should call and confirm that their class will take place.

If you find you cannot take a class you have registered and paid for due to a conflict in your schedule or personal situation, you must cancel at least seven days prior to the class start date. You will be given a full refund in this instance. If you cancel out of a class in fewer than seven days prior to the class start date, the class fee is non-refundable.
