Tai Chi Classes

Mon. – 1:00 p.m. / Fri. – 2:00 p.m.

Tai Chi is a mind-body practice of individual movements linked together to flow smoothly into one form, resulting in a gentle workout with uplifting yet calm energy. Tai Chi is low-impact, easy to perform with soft fluid movements. Tai Chi is wonderful to help with balance issues, range of motion coordination, stress and blood pressure reductions. It is weight bearing and also good for joints.
