Strength Training for Older Adults

Monday and Wednesday – 1:00 p.m.


Strength Training is one of the best forms of exercise you can incorporate into your daily lifestyle.  Benefits include increased muscle strength, reduced risk of falling, and less injury if there is a fall as well as increased bone strength.  This class will teach you three overall body workouts and help you with technique and form.  After taking this class and learning the correct technique, this is something you can do for the rest of your life.
