Achieve your fitness goals with this upbeat exercise class!  Through unique strength training and balance techniques, this class is designed to push people of all physical abilities to their highest fitness potential with each and every rep.

Mondays and Thursdays  5:30 pm – 6:15 pm and Saturdays  8:00 am – 8:45 am.
