Good Samaritan Home Care Blood Pressure Checks

Good Samaritan Home Care provides FREE blood pressure checks the first through the fourth Wednesday of each month.  Our volunteer nurse, Lois, will be available from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm in the foyer.

Active Aging: 7 Dimensions of Wellness

Staff from Touchmark at All Saints will focus on the seven dimensions of wellness to promote overall purpose and self-esteem.  These seven dimensions are environmental, occupational, social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual.  They will discuss how to integrate these into your life now and in the future.

Prehab Your Way To Better Knees

Many men and women go through knee surgery at some point in his or her life.  Doing some prehab exercises and understanding  your surgery before actually having your surgery will significantly improve your outcomes after surgery to get  you back to doing what you want to do faster!  This presentation will go through specific exercises that you should be doing prior to having knee surgery to try and help you avoid your knee surgery.

Fun Mini Fitness Session – Correct Weight Training Techniques
