Exercises for Balance, Strength, and Cardiovascular Health Body Sculpting Tickets Jan 22 @ 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm Fitness Gym: This class offers a total body workout, starting with a warm-up, proceeding to some cardiovascular conditioning, then to floor mats where we work our legs, hips, and abs. We concentrate on toning and firming muscles with small hand weights as well as the mat and chair exercises. We end with stretching techniques for a full-hour of fitness fun.
